1. A writing space
It doesn’t matter what you’re interest is in formal or informal writing: memoirs humor,poetry all are welcome to come to work on individual writing projects and share. Group exercises will be used to help the group come together : self-sufficient and supportive of each other’s work. A network of like-minded critical friends will develop.
Make it a weekend stay and have some fun time in the beautiful Grafton district. Bring a friend, or just come along and join a small group. It’s amazing what support can do!
2. Introductory Day Workshop on Mosaics
If you have done some mosaic work a while ago and want to kick start your interest, or simply want to have a yarn and learn something with friends want to start a project or finish something already started, this is the place and space to come. Brand new beginners are very welcome.
Basic techniques of cutting, nipping, gluing,grouting will be discussed and demonstrated as needed. If you have no work you want to complete or are a beginner, we will propose some small projects.

A fun way to learn how to deeply listen. An inward reflective time to explore voice: using group interaction and exercises that make it safe to sound! It is not a singing group!

A Stress ‘Fix’ without leaving your Desk!

Did you know you can change your stress levels by becoming expert in body/mind techniques? Not meditation as such, rather music, voice, stretching and small movement work. A range of exercises means all benefit and you will leave with ideas to take home as well!

By understanding our preferred learning style communication becomes easier and the acceptance of diverse learning brings better outcomes. We will explore whether your learning style is the same at home, work and when learning. Individual self-analysis and a group exercise will help you work out your preferred style. Expect a fun day!
